Change is hard. Sometimes people know what they want to change in order to make their lives more satisfying. Sometimes they have to figure it out. But even with a sense of direction, a person may be mystified regarding how to make that change happen. As a psychologist, I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapies and Dialectical Behavior Therapy to help clients be more present in this moment so they can create a more satisfying future.
